These terms apply when you use the Little Signals website or buy from it. Please read them along with our refund, shipping and privacy policies.

Ordering
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we accept your order and start printing it. If we can't take your order, for example because of a pricing mistake, we'll tell you and refund any payment.
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Printing and delivery
Our books are printed to order. Delivery times and costs are in our shipping policy. Times are estimates and can sometimes be longer at busy times.
Returns, cancellations and faulty items
Our refund policy explains how to return or cancel an order. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer law, including if an item is faulty or not as described.
Our books and website are not medical advice
Little Signals books, check-ins and activities are for families and schools to share. Nothing we publish is a diagnosis, therapy or medical advice. If you're worried about a child, speak to your GP, health visitor or the child's school.
Free printables
You're welcome to print our free printables for your own family, classroom or setting. Please don't sell them or share them as your own.
Our content
The words, pictures, characters (including Little Bean and Big Bean) and designs on this site belong to The Regulated Human Co. Little Signals, The Regulated Human Co. and Everyday Signals are trade marks of The Regulated Human Co. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overloading it, or copying it with automated tools. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
Our responsibility to you
If we don't keep to these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
