Shipping policy

Every book is printed when you order it, by our print partner BookVault. They print in the UK, the United States, Australia and Canada, and your order is sent from the closest one that can print everything in it, so it usually arrives in one parcel.

Delivery costs and times

The cost depends on where your order is going and how much it weighs. You'll see every delivery option, its price and an expected delivery date at checkout before you pay. Times below include printing.

Tracking

When your order is sent, we email you to let you know, with tracking where the delivery service provides it.

Orders outside the UK

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country and are paid by the customer.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, email orders@theregulatedhumanco.co.uk and we'll put it right.
